Broadway at the Mansion - Dec. 11th, 7 pm - Norwalk, CT

When I was a little girl in Norwalk, CT, my parents were part of the grass roots movement who saved the Lockwood - Matthews Mansion from destruction due to the expansion of Route 7. Now, many years later, I’m continuing their legacy. I’ve become involved with the Mansion again. They’ve just undergone a major restoration! Broadway at the Mansion, is a concert fundraiser hosted by your’s truly! As a Norwalk native and Broadway veteran, I’m honored to host this evening and be joined by my friend, Broadway veteran and Fairfield county’s own, Arbender Robinson, (Les Miserables, Little Mermaid, Book of Mormon…) with Mark Janas (Les Miserables) as musical director for the evening.

This will be a memorable performance and multifaceted artistic experience where the guests will be treated to an eclectic blend of Standards, Pop, Classic Broadway and the newest generation of theatre songwriters as the Great American songbook resonates throughout the magnificent Rotunda known for its soaring vaulted ceilings and terrific acoustics.

Following the concert, guests will have an opportunity to visit the Period Rooms and view the award-winning holiday decorations as well as gather in the Mansion’s “Green Room” for delightful refreshments and the opportunity to meet the artists. All proceeds will benefit the Lockwood-Mathews Mansion Museum’s educational and cultural programs. Cocktails will be provided by the award-winning company, Barrelsmith! (Artists subject to change without notice.) Click here for more information and tickets.
